Description
Our client initially had the requirement for technical and functional consultants to assist with the design and development of interfaces and reports. An influx of resumes was presented from various vendors looking to catch today's business with the placement of one or two consultants; in fact, too many to even begin reviewing. The Project manager identified the budget and time constraints of the project and recommended Generic-Haskell as a low cost, efficient and effective solution.
Generic-Haskell presented the client with a single Functional/Technical Lead in which to build a team around. The Lead visited the site, assessed the project, and made recommendations pertaining to the solutions that needed to be implemented to complete the job on time and within budget. The ease with which the project was staffed, the cost and timesavings, the ability for the Project Manager to directly manage one consultant (Team Lead) and keep abreast of project progress through weekly reports, made our client's project a success and validated the value-add of utilizing Generic-Haskell's Resources.
