Implementation and Installation
GHMC single-user version installation is a matter of clicking on a few buttons. Installing GHMC or its modules on a local or wide area network (LAN or WAN) may require in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of network and database administration. Generic-Haskell's Implementation Services Group can assist clients onsite in the initial installation and set-up of multi-user versions of GHMC. This service involves the installation and configuration of GHMC over the customer network.
System Integration
In specific cases where customers need GHMC to integrate with existing systems, Generic-Haskell's Implementation Service Engineers can create specialized software programs that integrate the existing customer business and manufacturing systems with any of GHMC modules.
End-user Training
Generic-Haskell offers end-user training course at customer sites. End-user training requires at least one computer for every two trainees and should be scheduled after all the initial customization and setup is complete. Our training sessions feature a proven mix of theory, program functionality, and hands-on software application. We provide a limited amount of technical focus during these sessions, but our real goal is to ensure you are ready to make the program work to the best advantage of your organization. Generic-Haskell would provide the trainer and the client would provide training room, computers, airfare and accommodation for the trainer as well as a daily charge.
